Bovina, an anthropomorphic cow, made her inaugural appearance in the series with the release of its second installment, Banjo-Tooie. Within the game’s inaugural world, Mayahem Temple, she can be found tending to a maize field found on the right side of Targitzan’s Temple. As Banjo and Kazooie ascend the path leading to Targitzan’s Temple and traverse the old wooden bridge, they are greeted by the sight of Bovina along with her beleaguered maize field, besieged by airborne insects called Globbles. Seeking assistance in eliminating this pestilence, Bovina beseeches the aid of the protagonists. However, before they can come to her aid, Banjo and Kazooie must first seek out Jamjars, who imparts upon them the invaluable knowledge of Egg Aiming. This special technique grants Banjo and Kazooie precise control over a cursor on the screen, enabling them to target and dispatch enemies with exceptional accuracy. To assist her in reclaiming her maize field, players have to activate the Egg Aiming mode by pressing the C-Up button, followed by the utilization of the Z button to launch eggs. As soon as all the Globbles have been vanquished and Kazooie has exhausted her repertoire of crop-related jokes, Bovina expresses her gratitude with a valuable Jiggy, which is a coveted collectible within the game. Moreover, within the confines of Bovina’s maize field, a concealed alcove above her hut conceals an Extra Honeycomb. To obtain this valuable collectible, Banjo and Kazooie must first acquire the Grip Grab from Jamjars, found within the Jade Snake Grove of Mayahem Temple. This unique move allows Banjo to firmly grasp ledges, affording him the opportunity to scale heights or traverse along edges. By executing the Feathery Flap in tandem with the Grip Grab technique, they can collect the Extra Honeycomb.
