Click Clock Wood is a forest-themed world that poses a challenge to even the most experienced players. It’s the ninth world in the game Banjo-Kazooie that players can access through the hub world Gruntilda’s Lair. With its broken wooden platforms, thorny plants, and narrow paths, Banjo and Kazooie can easily fall from heights, making it a difficult world to navigate. One of the unique features in Click Clock Wood is, that it can be played in four different seasons, each with its own set of challenges and collectibles. However, players must unlock each season first by pressing a switch that is hidden in other seasons. This makes it challenging for players to find and collect all the collectibles as they need to switch between different seasons and navigate through different obstacles. In Click Clock Wood, players will encounter Big Cluckers, angry birds that hide in small black holes and snap at anyone who gets too close. These green angry birds can be dangerous enemies, especially at higher sections of the Giant Tree, as they can push the player off, causing them to lose a considerable amount of health. It is recommended that players defeat all of them to avoid such bad situations. To enter Click Clock Wood, players must pass through a tree stump after unlocking the six-hundred-forty Note Door and navigating through a small tunnel filled with Whipcracks. Before players can enter Click Clock Wood, they must complete its puzzle that can be found through a tunnel inside a lake near the one-hundred-eighty Note Door, which requires fifteen Jiggies. However, players must first reveal the podium by pressing a switch in the lobby of Click Clock Wood before its puzzle can be completed. Click Clock Wood features the last Skull of Mumbo Jumbo, which allows players to transform into a bumblebee. In this form they are able to fly up in the air without consuming Red Feathers, but also fit into small holes like Zubba’s Nest.

» Stop 'n' Swop in Click Clock Wood

In the Banjo-Kazooie franchise, players can uncover a special and mysterious feature known as Stop ‘n’ Swop. This special feature involves six different colored mystery eggs and a large ice key that unlocks various rewards for players in sequel games, including the games Banjo-Tooie and Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts. Typically, these mystery eggs and the key cannot be found by the player, unless a specific code is entered inside the Sandcastle of Treasure Trove Cove. It can be challenging to enter the correct code, due to its length and one single mistake means the player must start over again from the beginning. Also, it’s worth noting that while entering these codes the platforms on the ground will not change color or play any tune, after players used Kazooie’s Beak Buster. One of these special codes is related to the world Click Clock World, and will make the yellow mystery egg appear on the wooden table inside Nabnut’s House. Nabnut’s House is a cozy abode, inhabited by a friendly squirrel named Nabnut. The egg can only be acquired during the winter season, and Nabnut’s House is locked during this time, making it inaccessible. In order to obtain the egg, the player must take matters into their own hands and break the window next to Nabnut’s door to gain access. It’s worth noting that if the player enters Nabnut’s House during other seasons, the mystery egg will not be present on the wooden table. Therefore, players must unlock the winter season first and shatter the window near Nabnut’s door to enter his house.

JIGGIES

Jiggy #01: For this Jiggy, enter the Spring season and head over to Mumbo Jumbo’s Skull to transform the Duo into a bumble bee. After that, leave his skull and fly to the highest point of Click Clock Wood to circle around the giant tree, and to find a Jiggy hold by a Snarebear.

Jiggy #04: In Summer season, walk up the big tree and enter Zubba’s Nest, where you must walk towards the caged Jiggy located in the center of the hive. After that, the Zubbas notice the Duo and start to attack, which means that you must defeat all of them to free the Jiggy.

Jiggy #05: In Summer season, climb up the big tree in the center of the world until you reach the tree house that is next to Zubba’s Nest. Once there, go inside and perform a well-timed jump across the hole on the floor to the platform that is on the opposite, holding the Jiggy.

Jiggy #06: Enter the Summer season and head over to Gnawty’s House that is located in the area with shallow water. Beak Bust the rock blocking the entrance to his house and return to this section in Autumn, where you can swim into the tunnel to get the Jiggy he kept for you.

Jiggy #07: In Autumn, walk up the big tree until you reach Nabnut’s House, who explains the Duo that he is outside looking for some acorns since he needs a reserve for Winter. Help him out and find all six buckets filled with acorns near his house to receive a Jiggy in exchange.

Jiggy #08: During the Spring season, head over to the flower garden and drop five eggs into the hole to make a giant plant sprout. After that, return in Summer and Autumn to find Gobi who can be used to water the plant by Beak Busting his back to let a golden Jiggy sprout.

Jiggy #09: To receive this Jiggy, you’ve to find and collect all five different colored Jinjos that are hidden in the world Click Clock Wood. As soon as you have found and collected the last Jinjo, they will reward the Duo with another Jiggy that can be picked up on the ground.

Jiggy #10: In Spring season, walk up the huge tree until you reach a nest, where you can use the Beak Buster on the egg to release a baby eagle called Eyrie. In each season, bring him a certain amount of caterpillars to let him grow and to receive a Jiggy as a reward in Winter.
