Sack Pack is a technique featured in Banjo-Tooie, the second installment of the game series and serves as the last ability acquired by players. The technique can be obtained from the instructor Jamjars, located within the Central Cavern of Cloud Cuckooland with his dwelling being nestled in a small cave, its window crafted from vibrant red jelly. To access the hatch, players must utilize the Split Up pads and become Banjo, thereby enabling the use of the Sack Pack technique and granting passage through a diminutive orifice into the small cave. As soon as a minimum of 765 Musical Notes have been collected, Banjo can use the Sack Pack ability by holding the Z button and subsequently pressing the C up button. This propels Banjo into his trusty backpack, allowing him to hop and maneuver throughout the environment. The Sack Pack bestows upon Banjo the ability to traverse treacherous terrains and even glide atop hazardous liquids. This ability proves invaluable in numerous game places, such as navigating the poisonous waters within the Waste Disposal Plant of Grunty Industries. By utilizing the Sack Pack technique, Banjo can traverse the perilous waters to access the opposite side and press a Banjo Switch, subsequently unlocking a Jiggy. In Cloud Cuckooland, Banjo must rely on the Sack Pack ability to ride spikey onions within the Cheese Wedge, enabling him to ascend to the higher level and access a small cave housing yet another Jiggy. Furthermore, Banjo employs this skill in a thrilling race against Mr. Fit across a valley strewn with thorns. Participants compete in a sack race, contending with evil Zubbas that relentlessly attempt to dislodge them from the island, subjecting them to perilous falls from great heights. Interestingly, the Sack Pack affords players the opportunity to execute higher jumps by meticulously timing Banjo’s hops. A well-timed jump in mid-air during the hopping motion allows for an increased vertical leap range. It’s worth noting that a clever maneuver, known as the Pack Whack double jump glitch move, can expedite the process of reaching Jamjars hatch to acquire the Sack Pack technique. This ability involves leaping from a high ledge onto the platform where Jamjars resides, while it may be necessary to activate the Superbanjo code for this strategy.
